We want you to love what you wear. But if something’s not quite right, no worries - we’re here to help.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Refunds
Once we get the item back and check it, we’ll let you know if it’s all good to go. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges).
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? DM us on our socials or reach out via email within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out for you.
Non-returnable items
Here’s what we can’t take back:

Anything that’s been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
If your item arrives damaged
If something arrives damaged or not what you ordered - totally on us. Let us know ASAP, and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Return Shipping
If it’s just a regular return, shipping back to us is on you. If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover it.
Processing Time
Once we get your return, give us up to 5 business days to process it. Depending on your payment method, it may take a little longer to reflect.
